MEMBERSHIP TERMS

That Glow Tho’s Membership Program ("Program") is a rewards program offered by That Glow Tho Sdn Bhd, ("That Glow Tho") to customers resident in Malaysia. Membership to the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of That Glow Tho and its affiliates are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions. You must be age 18 years or older and a legal resident of Malaysia to be eligible for Membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. By submitting an application for Membership in the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Affiliates of That Glow Tho may also have similar customer programs; Membership in the Program does not confer any rights or benefits in the program of any other That Glow Tho affiliate.
2. EARNING PROGRAM REWARDS
Under the Program, tier progressions is calculated at the rate specified on the Program website when you purchase merchandise (excluding the purchase of Glowe-Gift Cards and shipping costs) in That Glow Tho’s online store. Details of the Rewards available are on the Program Website , including any limits or conditions on Rewards.
Subject to the termination provision of these Terms, membership tiers will expire according to the following formula (Membership validity is good for the remainder of the year from the date the Member qualifies plus 365 days), requalification for each tier will be needed after expiry. Rewards to be determined by That Glow Tho in its sole discretion; provided, however, that in order to redeem any Reward, you must (i) spend a certain amount on the Site as established by That Glow Tho, and (ii) make an additional purchase of merchandise from That Glow Tho at the time that you redeem Rewards (unless stated otherwise). Program members may only redeem ONE Glow Trove every 4 months (Type of Glow Trove depends on membership tier).
Rewards are available while supplies last and substitutions by That Glow Tho may occur. If your online order is not completed during the same visit, the Rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem a Reward during checkout. Due to the limited nature of the Rewards, we regret that we are unable to re-ship Rewards if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order. In the event a Reward arrives damaged, you received the wrong one, or one is missing from your order, please contact That Glow Tho customer service. Otherwise, Rewards may not be returned or exchanged. If a Reward becomes unavailable for reasons beyond That Glow Tho’s control, That Glow Tho may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value. Rewards are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY. The retail value of the Reward does not count toward That Glow Tho’s free shipping threshold.
3. BRONZE MEMBERSHIP
That Glow Tho’s Bronze Membership (Bronze Membership) is conferred on those registered Members who spend a minimum of RM1,000.00 on merchandise (excluding the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes and/or shipping) online within the same year (before the 31st of December) from their first purchase. Bronze Membership validity is good for the remainder of the year from the date the Member qualifies plus 365 days; after that, annual requalification is required. That Glow Tho may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Bronze Membership program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Bronze Membership program or may terminate the Bronze Membership program at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. 4. SILVER MEMBERSHIP
That Glow Tho’s Silver Membership is conferred on those registered Members who spend a minimum of RM2,500.00 on merchandise (excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes and/or shipping) online, within the same year (before the 31st of December of the year Bronze Membership is attained) from the time of qualification of the Bronze Membership. Silver Membership validity is good for the remainder of the year from the date the Member qualifies plus 365 days; after that, annual requalification is required. That Glow Tho may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Silver Membership program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Silver Membership program or may terminate the Silver Membership program at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. 5. SILVER MEMBERSHIP TIER PROGRESSION GLOWe-GIFT CARD
New Silver Members will receive a RM100.00 e-gift card. The e-gift card is redeemable online. Limited to one gift per person on qualification of the Silver Membership status. Substitutions may occur. Offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by That Glow Tho in its sole discretion by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. 6. GOLD MEMBERSHIP
That Glow Tho’s Gold Membership is conferred on those registered Members who spend a minimum of RM4,000.00 on merchandise (excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes and/or shipping) online, within the same year (before the 31st of December of the year Silver Membership is attained) from the time of qualification of the Silver Membership. Gold Membership validity is good for the remainder of the year from the date the Member qualifies plus 365 days; after that, annual requalification is required. That Glow Tho may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Gold Membership program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Gold Membership program or may terminate the Gold Membership program at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. 7. GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIER PROGRESSION GLOWe-GIFT CARD
New Gold Members will receive a RM300.00 e-gift card. The e-gift card is redeemable online. Limited to one gift per person on qualification of the Gold Membership status. Substitutions may occur. Offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by That Glow Tho in its sole discretion by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. 8. GOLD MEMBERSHIP VIP PRIVILEGES
Gold members will receive priority treatment during events or parties hosted by That Glow Tho. This may come in forms of seat selection, express lane, exclusive goodie bags, etc. Offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by That Glow Tho in its sole discretion.
9. REQUALIFICATION
Annual requalification is based on amount spent during the year of requalification. Membership tiers are based on amount spent for Bronze (RM750.00),Silver (RM2 500.00), Gold (RM5 000.00). That Glow Tho may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify Membership program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Membership program or may terminate the Membership program at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. 10. OTHER OFFERS
Membership in the Program may entitle you to various offers ("Offers") in addition to Rewards. The details of these offers are set out from time to time on the Program Website. Details and terms of any Offers as set out on the Program Website are valid for a calendar year unless otherwise specified on the Program Website.
11. AGREEING TO THAT GLOW THO'S PRIVACY POLICY & EMAIL
That Glow Tho values your privacy. Our collection of your personal information and how we use it is governed by That Glow Tho’s Privacy Policy in compliance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Details from your application for Membership (including personal information) will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the Program (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and administering the Program who may be located in countries as set out in That Glow Tho’s Privacy Policy) and for marketing and data analysis purposes.
By submitting an application for Membership in the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by That Glow Tho's Privacy Policy, these Terms and online Terms of Use, and to receive marketing materials and other communications from That Glow Tho (if so agreed in your registration form). If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by updating your Membership profile at or by sending an email to socials@thatglowtho.com.my . If we do not collect your personal information you will not be able to become a member of the Program. Additional personal information collected from members, such as purchase history and credit card information, will only be used and disclosed by That Glow Tho for the purposes of administering the Program, internal analysis for marketing purposes, and as otherwise permitted by That Glow Tho's Privacy Policy. That Glow Tho’s Privacy Policy includes details about how to access your personal information and have it corrected, as well as how to make any complaints regarding our conduct in relation to your personal information and how we will deal with such complaints. 12. CHANGES, TERMINATION & REMOVAL FROM PROGRAM
If for any reason this Program is not capable of running as planned (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), That Glow Tho reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the Program including the Rewards and these Terms, or to suspend or terminate the Program. In the event of such modification, suspension or termination, That Glow Tho will notify the members of the Program via email, as well as by communicating this on our website. Members will not receive any compensation from That Glow Tho in the event of modification or suspension of the Program.
Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, Membership inactivity for more than 24 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of That Glow Tho, or fraud or attempted fraud, may subject members to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program.
Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled (whether by you or That Glow Tho in accordance with these Terms), or if the Program is terminated, any progression in your account will automatically expire. That Glow Tho will notify you via email prior to making changes to these Terms.
It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. In the event that the Terms of the Program change, you may choose to cancel your Membership through your Membership profile or by sending an email to socials@thatglowtho.com.my
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, That Glow Tho will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation or Membership in the Program, including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the Program or as a result of you redeeming and/or using a Reward. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, the limitations on That Glow Tho’s liability set forth herein shall apply whether for breach or repudiation of contract, or whether in tort, civil liability by way of negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. By agreeing to these terms, you willingly agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian willingly agrees) that you have relinquished your right to seek these damages from That Glow Tho and that this is a reasonable allocation of risk. These Terms must be read subject to these statutory provisions.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, trademarks, patents, design rights and all other forms of intellectual property rights existing in the world) of all Program content and all software used in connection with the Program is the property of and are owned by or licensed to That Glow Tho or its affiliates. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise indicated on a particular part of the Program materials, permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Program materials for the sole purpose of accessing the Program and the services provided therein for personal use. Any other use of Program materials - including reproduction, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, display or performance - without the prior written permission of That Glow Tho is strictly prohibited.
15. APPLICABLE LAW
The Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby consent (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian hereby consents) to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Malaysia in all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program.
